Caramel Pecan Cheesecake

What's not to love about cheesecake? Especially if you give it a little autumn twist by adding some caramel and pecans. This is one of my favorite cheesecake recipes and is pretty much 'no fail'. If you shy away from cheesecake making because of the bain-marie (water bath) that many cheesecake recipes require, don't despair. My recipe doesn't require the water bath and has never failed me or anyone that has tried it. It will still be creamy and delicious. When you serve it, use a little caramel topping and some whipped cream. I can guarantee your family and friends will enjoy it very much and think you a culinary success.
